Alright, we know you can already introduce yourself and make a damn good first impression. In Spanish 2, we’ll teach you how to take the conversation further. This class is for you if you're familiar with the basics and can say simple sentences in the present tense.

We'll be listing future classes soon, join the waitlist now!

AN IMMERSIVE GROUP CLASS

Our Group Classes are small, social, and interactive - averaging around ten students per class. This setting allows for ample speaking and instructor time to learn your next language.

Conversation First

Speaking is at the heart of all of our classes, and in an immersive setting, you’ll get even more opportunity to practice critical speaking and listening skills.

The Fluent City curriculum is great. They provide a very logical progression to learning a language that makes it easier.

THE NITTY GRITTY

Reflexive verbs. Direct and indirect object pronouns. Imperative and preterite tenses.

Step 3

NERVOUS? DON'T BE

From day one, you'll be engaging in meaningful conversation with your classmates and instructor. Through this, you'll feel comfortable and confident when speaking to natives.

We love questions, almost as much as we love providing answers. Here are a few samplings of what we're typically asked, along with our responses

Do you hold classes on holidays?

We know our students and teachers probably have holiday plans, so we do not hold classes on holidays. The full list of our skip dates is New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and a holiday break between Christmas and New Years.

How many times do you group classes meet?

All of our group classes, except Essentials, are 2 hours once a week for 10 sessions. Our Essentials classes are 1.5 hours twice a week for 12 weeks.

Can I cancel my enrollment or transfer to another level?

Plans change—we get it. You have until 7 days before the start date of your Group Course to make any cancelations or same-level transfers. After that, there are no refunds under any circumstance. During the first 2 weeks of class, however, if you feel your level isn't the right fit, reach out to [email protected], and we will transfer you to a better fit, free of charge!

What happens if I miss a class?

Most students do miss a class, or two, and we’re here to help ensure that you won’t fall behind despite any missed classes. We’ve set up our curriculum to make lessons easy to follow along outside of class, and your teacher will reach out to your group each week with a summary of materials, topics, and homework covered in-class.

Are there any age restrictions?

Only students 18 years or older can participate in this course. If you are looking for options for students under 18, please check out our Kids and Teens page!
