Meet once a week for 2 hours. 10 sessions in total.SELECT DATE & LOCATION
Each class meets at the same time and place for 10 weeks - creating consistency in your language learning.
We believe in hands-on learning, rather than getting lost in a textbook or sucked into perfection of grammar.
We exclusively hire instructors with a conversation based and student-centered approach to teaching, providing the best in-class experience.
Speaking is at the heart of all of our classes, and in an immersive setting, you’ll get even more opportunity to practice critical speaking and listening skills.
Ask someone out on a date. Order drinks at a bar and chat up the bartender. Talk about how you spent your last holiday. Describe your daily routine. Explain common pains to a doctor. Make requests
Start here if you've already completed Italian 1 with us, or if you've studied Italian before and can confidently conjugate verbs in the present tense while speaking.
Everyday vocabulary. Reflexive verbs. Direct and indirect object pronouns. Imperative and passato prossimo tenses.
From day one, you'll be engaging in meaningful conversation with your classmates and instructor. Through this, you'll feel comfortable and confident when speaking to natives.

Born and bred in the Bronx to an Italian family predominantly hailing from the Sorrento Coast, Italian is Robert's second language, and French his adopted language. He has taught French for 12 years and Italian for a whopping 29. He is also a classically-trained pianist (but also has fun with Ragtime!) and performed at the Carnegie Recital Hall. As if all that weren't enough, Robert was also on the NYU Ballroom Dance Team. He loves independent, adventure travel.
He is charismatic and has a great knowledge of different parts of the world, which is helpful for future travels. Very patient and bright personality
Ends July 23rd

We love questions, almost as much as we love providing answers. Here are a few samplings of what we're typically asked, along with our responses
We know our students and teachers probably have holiday plans, so we do not hold classes on holidays. The full list of our skip dates is New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and a holiday break between Christmas and New Years.
All of our group classes, except Essentials, are 2 hours once a week for 10 sessions. Our Essentials classes are 1.5 hours twice a week for 12 weeks.
Plans change—we get it. You have until 7 days before the start date of your Group Course to make any cancelations or same-level transfers. After that, there are no refunds under any circumstance. During the first 2 weeks of class, however, if you feel your level isn't the right fit, reach out to [email protected], and we will transfer you to a better fit, free of charge!
Most students do miss a class, or two, and we’re here to help ensure that you won’t fall behind despite any missed classes. We’ve set up our curriculum to make lessons easy to follow along outside of class, and your teacher will reach out to your group each week with a summary of materials, topics, and homework covered in-class.
