Jeremiah is a music & vocal coach turned French professor

About the Teacher

Jeremiah has studied French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, piano, and musical composition. He has taught music since 2005 and French since 2009. Jeremiah says one of the biggest challenges with French is pronunciation, as it uses sounds that many of us have little practice making. This is where he believes his history with music and vocal work comes in handy—in teaching people a new language he is essentially teaching them to turn new noises into communication!

What students are saying
Very involved, organized and thorough. I also find the tips he gives us for learning outside the class very helpful

get answers

We love questions, almost as much as we love providing answers. Here are a few samplings of what we're typically asked, along with our responses

Do you hold classes on holidays?

We know our students and teachers probably have holiday plans, so we don't hold classes on Federal holidays.

How many times do you group classes meet?

Our group classes meet for a total of 20 hours of live instruction. We have weekly classes (2 hours once a week for 10 sessions) and biweekly classes (1 hour twice a week for a total of 20 sessions).

Can I cancel my enrollment?

Plans change - we get it. You have until 7 days before the start date of your group course to make any cancelations or transfers. After that, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds.

What if I enroll in the wrong level?

If you feel your level isn't the right fit, reach out to [email protected] before your second class and we will transfer you to a better fit, free of charge!

Are there any age restrictions?

Only students 18 years or older can participate in this course. If you are looking for options for students under 18, please check out our Kids and Teens page!

When should I sign up for my course?

As long as the group course has not been cancelled or it has spots left, there is no deadline to sign up. However, we strongly encourage you to sign up at least two weeks in advance in order to secure your spot!
