Kids' Mandarin Power Hour classes give children ages 7 - 12 exposure to Mandarin Chinese in context while also learning about China's rich cultural traditions, particularly its festivals. Through stories, songs, and activities, kids learn critical language skills and have fun doing it!

Ivy has a Bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from Hebei Normal University. After graduation she taught at a prestigious private school in Nepal for three years before coming to the US to continue working as a private tutor. She is very passionate about teaching and often uses visuals in class. She currently lives in Vermont.
