Terms & Conditions: Gift cards are redeemable for group course enrollments and prepaid private lesson packages, and cannot be credited toward past purchases. Group course enrollments are only refundable up to 7 days prior to the course start date. Prepaid private lesson hours are valid one year from purchase date. Once a lesson is booked, 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all lessons or the hours will be deducted from the package. Refunds can only be requested before the first lesson has been scheduled. Once a student’s first lesson is confirmed, a refund can no longer be processed. Only one person may attend a private lesson and it must be the same person throughout the program. All students participating in adult group courses or private lessons must be 18 years or older. Students under the age of 18 may only participate in offerings specifically created for Kids and Teens and must provide verifiable parental consent.
