Learning a language at Fluent City from one of our professors feels like hanging out with a fun new friend who happens to know another language and is really good at teaching it to you. All professors at Fluent City are exuberant, energetic, and really good at what they do. Their goal is simple: to help you "get the words off the page and out of your mouth" and get you speaking with confidence as soon as possible.

We usually have teachers who are not native speakers teaching lower level classes (on purpose!) because our theory is that someone who has gone through the experience of learning the language themselves can explain it better to you. However, native speakers or professors with native-level fluency usually teach our higher-level classes.
